Acoustic Insulation
Applied Industries can recommend and install a range of acoustic insulation to help control noise levels from pipework, duct work, fans, fan coil units and air handling units to waste water and drainage pipes. We will install to any specification with the highest of standards and quality.
Applied Industries provide both acoustic and thermal insulation to plantroom walls, the underside of slabs and inside lift shafts to meet the specific requirements of our clients. We are able to carry out works in small confined plantrooms or lift shafts but also large open areas such as basements with minimal interference to other trades whilst maintaining an outstanding level of quality.
Fire Insulation
Applied Industries are an approved installer of the Trafalgar FyreWrap Elite 1.5 including fire rated access panels and penetrations. FyreWrap is the leading solution for passive fire protection for duct work in commercial buildings. The product provides protection for all duct work where a fire rating and FRL is required.
Applied Industries are able to offer fantastic, value for money package deals which includes the manufacture of duct, installation of FyreWrap to the duct whilst in the workshop, delivery of duct wrapped in FyreWrap to site, installation of duct wrapped in FyreWrap and complete all joints and penetrations with FyreWrap all in accordance with the Trafalgar FyreWrap Technical Manual.
As part of Applied Industries Chilled and Heating water pipe insulation package on projects like Commercial hotels we will always include for the upgrade in insulation required for every penetration where the pipe passes through a wall from the corridor into the rooms all in accordance with the project specification and fire regulations.
